Our Scenario 2018-2019On November 15, 2018, the Ons-Stad Projek Group concluded its initial compact: to design a formal proposal in alliance with the government of Kenya to build a new city.
Building upon a controversial proposal by Germany's Africa Commissioner, the OSP Group moved forward in an initial planning meeting that has resulted in the creation of a structured conference which will design a formal treaty Agreement to create Mji Wetu (m'JEE WEH-too), "Our City" in Swahili. Our 2018-2019 RTS is to create this OSP conference, beginning in Dec. 2018. Potential partners and allies will gather in Heidelberg to detail the new Agreement for Mji Wetu (AMW). The group will meet for a formal signing ceremony in Malabo Resort, Marsabit County, Kulapesa, Kenya on May 3, 2019. The OSP Agreement timeline divides the composition of the AMW into five stages:
